it’s always funny how easy it is to see that a rumour is fake
look, the 50d has a digic 4 processor and makes a decent 6.3 fps with it. they would have given it a higher framerate if the chip was able to handle it. so how could it hanlde 5/6 of the framerate if the resolution of the pictures is higher by 1/4? that’s at about 10 million pixels per second more to process. nope, impossible ^^
