What fun. It went from an affordable event to a veeeeeeery expensive one in recent years though. I remember seeing two new artists who were shopping for recording contracts there. They we Norah Jones and John Mayer. SXSW always get the "next" big artists there! It's always fun for me to see which unknown artists make it in the coming years after I attend.
