No New 5D, Rebel Instead
It’s official, no new 5D, at least not yet. Canon announced the addition of a new Rebel (damn them! I want my 5D!), the XSi. Looks pretty solid sporting a 12.2 Megapixel sensor, Digic 3 and more goodies. Via Gizmodo, Engadget, Rob Galbraith and DPreview. Now the question is where is the new 5D???

Whew! My 5D has just kept some of its resale value! Maybe by the time it comes out I’ll replace my Rebel XT with my old 5D for my second camera body, and use the new one for my primary. Hmmm, maybe I can throw a prime lens on the XT.
